Check Inbox

Look for an email with subject line: [Better Sax] Username/Password from Jay Metcalf

*This email can take 5 minutes to arrive, use this time to get your saxophone out

Step 2

Login

Click the link in the email to go to the members login page and login with the temporary password provided.

*Be sure to Copy & Paste the password to avoid typos.

Step 3

Access Content

Once logged in, you’ll see your purchased content in the members area.

*If you have any issues, check the troubleshooting tips below.

Troubleshooting

Not Enrolled

If a purchased course is showing as not enrolled when you are logged in, please try the following:

  1. Log out
  2. Clear browser cache/history
  3. Log back in

Can't Login

The most common cause for this problem is a typo in the email address used at checkout.
